LOL, my question is why did EA waste their time making Madden 10, 9, 8, 7, etc.etc.? The Madden I traded in three weeks after I got it wasn't sim football. You sound angry that anyone would spend $15 on this game and I suppose you've spent (wasted) close to $300 on just the last four years of Madden.

Why did EA waste their time on this?

Uh maybe try reading the thread, some people enjoy it and will pay money for it. That's the purpose of a business you know, to produce products that consumers want and make money. Just because you personally don't like it is irrelevant.

Touche. I misspoke ("misspost"). EA certainly didn't waste their time on Madden in the business sense (which is what makes the world go around), but they might make money on this game too.

Whatever they do, they just need to stop releasing minigames and go back to making fully featured arcade games.

I bought it and really regret it cause the online is infuriating. So far I have played 8 games, 4 against the Titans, 3 against the Saints and 1 against the Vikings. All 4 Titans users did nothing but scramble with Vince Young, one guy did this bs where he sprinted forward the instant the ball was snapped every single play. The Saints users all seemed to do the exact same thing every play as well, they scrambled to the right and threw to a wide open receiver on a corner route over and over, if I personally covered him they would scramble for 20 free yards. Overall it feels like Madden 04 all over again.

Was that in ranked games? If so try unranked. I tried 2 ranked games I think and 1 unranked. the unranked game was much more enjoyable.

Unranked is a lot better-I like to play aginst teams not the Patroits, Indy, Steelers, etc. Most players accommodate with similar ranked teams, but even if they don't who cares?

The game is alright. Looks alot like the madden 10 graphics on the wii to me. Not exactly worth all of those 1500 pennies but I'll still play it from time to time. Just another addition to my collection of games.

Yep, it's the only franchise I know of where you can kill off the other team and the refs to win the game!

I've been playing unranked games lately and it has been alot of fun. There have only been 1 or 2 guys that played like dbags so far.

How do I dive into the endzone and how do I celebrate running down the field?

Didn't see either in the controls menu but have seen the CPU do both

Glad to hear it Unranked is definetley the way to go i think. Anytime you play ranked games online in any sports game you get the cheese and players that only want to win etc.
