So do the graphics look like Madden 2010 or is it the NFL Street cartooney style graphics?

Online is deinetely fun but offline unless you have friends it just exhibition games which will get boring after a while. I agree with whoever posted about the lack of commnetary. I was surpised there wasn't any. the one game changer I was worried about was the one where you can reverse scores with the other team. So far in about 5 games I haven't seen it yet which I was happy about. Also, you can chose to play without the game changers also. I think Ranked games have them on but if you set up a game I think you can change it.

If anyone else has this and wants to play online you can add me on the psn. User name is eziof. I stink at the moment. Hopefully I will get better

P.S. Does anyone know if they rosters actually changed? I know I was prompted when I went online but I really to look to see if anything changed.

Without that I think I'll pass. I've got MX vs ATV Reflex in my sights for my MX racing fix next week so I'll need that $15.00 toward that purchase.

Does anyone know if they plan to add any type of season play in the future?
Where did you find the trial version?? I can't find it anywhere...

I like that idea! You just pick the plan and they give you a play to run. If the moves and powerups were cool and balanced I'd see it being fun. Defensive power-ups would be cool... the strategy on D has to change given that you have a longer goal to scoring.

If someone could verify the arcade version in the Wii game for me I'd appreciate it.
I posted a link earlier in this thread. "Arcade Mode" is included in the normal version of Madden 10 for the Wii.

Probably on the 360 since they have demos and the PS3 doesn't have one for this those bozos.

The only thing that seems to have changed from the Wii's included "arcade mode" mini game is that they removed the ability to draw your own plays with the Wii remote.

So as said, you're basically paying $15 extra for a mini game that exists for free in the Wii version of Madden and is missing one of that mode's best features (create a play).

yeah online is fun man, I don;t care what is said, this game is a blast online, it doesn't take for ever to complete a game and it's simple. Yes offline is unless, but online is great IMO. For what it is, it's a fun game. If you don't have $15 then don't bother, if you do then cool.

Do you pick your players round robin before starting a game like NFL street or is it just the players that play for each team like in Madden? Also, is there 11 on 11 or 7 on 7? Does weather ever happen in the games?

It is the players on the team you are using. It is not like NFL Street where you get to pick players. Also, it is 5 on 5 and I have not seen weather yet.

It's pretty funny, but I enjoy this a lot more than Madden! haha....

If you want to find negative comments to re-affirm not dropping $15 bucks, go for it. I think this game is a LOT of fun. It reminds me of NFL Blitz on the N64 and I bought it simply for Thanksgiving so when I have 8 guys over we can all have a tournament and have fun.

It's a quick fun and exciting game.

So what are the players? QB, 1 lineman, 2 WR and RB vs the same positions on the other side of the ball?

# 35 mr_president @ 11/25/09 04:44 PM
tried it and didn't care for it to much.

just bring back blitz with all of it's wacky over-the-top game play and commentary.
this game is not in the same league as blitz(IMO), i have a nintendo WII and as i understand this is on the madden 10 disc for wii so i'll just rent it if the fellas want to try it out that bad, because it's not worth $15.

just my $.02

Here is a link to rosters:

http://www.pastapadre.com/2009/11/13...arcade-rosters

On the offensive side, it is QB, RB, A linemen and 2 WR's or 1 WR and 1 TE. On defense, it is one lineman, 1 LB and 3 players in the secondary. There is also a game changer called Entourage which brings in more players so there are extra players as well for that, which are usually a cobination of linemen.

The rosters on Pasta's website aren't 100% accurate since there's a roster update that you're prompted to download as soon as you try your first online game.

There's still some iffy decisions with the downloaded rosters, but they're at least a little better.
