I dont know why PS3 users get stuff weeks after 360, it seems a bit ridiculous especially considering how much more money we spent on the PS3. The sony services are awful.
its free, you cant complain when something is free
ya i wanna post some impression but how to do so without the patch? tell me whats wrong with ps3 in comparison to xbox!
You got me there! It's a shame Sony is taking so long. They always do. Stinks for PS3 owners. I know from personal experience.
Not to sidetrack and be a bit hypocritical, but they've also released patches earlier than the 360 version of a multi-platform game as well. Not sure what goes on there, as they are never consistent.
this OT issue is terrible only when you focus on it.... played 35 games in dynasty post patch no issue yet( will it happen definately but you move on)
is it an issue HELL YEAH !!!!!
should it be patched hell yeah !!!!!
thats patches, fix one thing break another it will always happen
we have brought it to their attention and they admit it exists time to move on, whether it be putting the game down until a fix arrives, or trading it in or playing the game as it is
we here talk each other out of enjoyment year after year, me i read it, it bugged me out for 5 minutes then i moved on...
some dudes here i know love Bball and want the best possible game but i think we know live and its shortcomings by now.....
i understand the feelings around here check my history i am harsh on fifa and madden, traded both in because they FUNDAMENTALY broken imo...
if limited fast breaks, bigs going straight up with re's and an ot glitch defines broken for you then live should be out of your game collection this week....
So the step back 3 still hasnt been fixed and neither has the fatigue? EA, NCAA College Basketball is your last chance to get right, never going EA basketball again if thats messed up too.
this OT issue is terrible only when you focus on it....
Its terrible when it happens at all man...
You have a thrilling game with the Bulls going down to the wire (assuming D Rose doesnt turn into an alen) You hit the game tying shot to go into OT....then the game just.......ends.
This isnt a "John Salmons doesnt have a headband" issue,
...Its a part of bball. Sure, the devs know about it...but I certainly cant fault posters for being upset about it everytime it happens.

NEW RULE:
gotta win by 2 when there is a goaltending call lol
anybody remember how in 2009 live when you dribbled toward the basket you would just get sucked into an animation and the ball handler andthe defender would be stuck together as you performed your dribbling moves i know it wasnt like that before the patch but i noticed a video on youtube after the patch and i saw that once or twice, is this now like the old live cause 09 was garbage and 2010 without the patch was amazing to me except i noticed even on the hardest difficulty it was so simple to cross your man over and get to the hoop everytime
I havent downloaded the patch yet. I was wondering based on the patch impression thread whether the improvements that were made could simply be reached w/slider qnd global player edit changes. For example, supposedly the patch has helped to stop some of the herky jerky animations. I lowered the agility slider and have reduced the herky jerkyness of players. I also lowered the vertical attribute so that the dunks look realistic. I lowered 3p shooting tendency to cut down on the 3's so that temas average about 18 per game. I also lowered game spd to make the pace a bit more realistic. I tinkered with fouls to get realistic results as well as alter hands in post and perimeter. Note that I predominately watch CPU games. At this point is there anything that th patch can offer me to make it worth downloading?

thats a tough one, for me personally i love the post button because i was getting ripped alot waiting for it to trigger automatically, the movement change is subtle unless you are a animation buff who pays close attention, subtle changes all around i cant remember the entire list, oh the fade away 3's and the ability to do floaters are manual, if you can live with out these roster edits can hold you over IMO until a fix, but a post button goes a long way to more control
