Head To Head is unplayable

This is not a rant. (Well it kinda of is) I love this game and I love this mode. The one thing that just ticks me off beyond belief is head to head.

1. Interceptions (passing game in general)

I throw 4 interceptions a game. It is ridiculous. The opponent picks me off 1/4 throws. It is unreal.

2. Defense

I can't play defense at all. I have a good defense but the opponents offense just over powers me.

I have a good team. ( 91 overall) maybe I just suck but these 2 things I listed above are just ridiculous. Can someone help me out here? Or is it just how the game is?

Cant pass? Run the ball more. Get great at that first.

Cant stop people? Well then just play a bend/dont break defense. Just chalk it up and know you will outscore them when you get better at offense.

I totally agree; H2H is a piece of trash. I was playing against a team ranked well below me and my defense stopped playing. Today, I was playing and I threw a touchdown to the other team... no it wasn't a pick six... he should've gotten a touchback but instead he got a touchdown. What's worse is that he won because of that play.

and that's why I stopped playing H2H until a patch comes out. Freaking sucks. Well that, and the DC glitching where YOU get the loss!

I think I've won about 10 games on H2H now and only 1 has been actually completed, everyone just quits before the end, it's annoying and I'm not sure how it affects my points.

Also, something that helped my passing was those Nike SPARQ training things on the home page. Properly using the leads and different types of passes can be the difference between INTs and TDs.

If your throwing 4 picks a game , it's time to redraw how you play.

The opposite is happening for me.

I rarely throw picks and I get a lot of interceptions/sacks.

Everything is stoppable. The only thing that annoys me is when you are in a good cover 2/cover 2 sink and you have 3-4 guys playing hook zones in the middle and the opponent just eyes down 1 WR and forces it to him and completes it 5/10 times. You have to manually shut down the middle. It sucks because I like using DE's at times.
