Preorder Code not working?

Anybody having trouble with the preorder code? I've tried lower case, upper, spaces, no spaces etc and nothing works.

I got my from Amazon. When I entered it, it says invalid. However when I went into MyTeam rewards, my packs were there. I got the 5000 VC about 30 mins later.

Same thing is happening to me too. My KD code worked and gave me the VC, but I bought the season pass that came with 75,000 extra VC and that code isn't working. I called Gamestop and the guy told me to wait tell Thursday to see if it works, because since the PS store updates on Tuesdays sometimes that messes with the codes, but I haven't had any issues with any other ones before. I bought Shadow of Mordor and put in the season pass code right after I picked it up after 11:00 a.m. and it worked fine. Really hope they do something about it if it doesn't work because I paid 20 extra bucks for that pass and I want the 75,000 VC.

If you bought the hard copy I put in my code and then I went to myteam and then it showed up. I think it's lagging.

As far as ps4 digital orders, Sony is suppose to message people with locker code for kd pre-order bonus they haven't yet

I noticed a lot of people having trouble. Mine worked. You MUST ADD IN HYPHENS.

In other words

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (example for PS4)

When type in the code, you MUST type in all - as they appear on code OR IT WILL COME BACK INVALID. Same goes for Xbox One.
