Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I like the show 15 because i feel like it gives you a true distance from the batter to pitcher feel
Also I’ve started to like catcher high. To me it’s kind of a cross between fisheye and the show 15 views. Not as far away feeling as fish eye, and I can see more of the stadium than I can with show 15 cam

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
fisheye & wide.
they may or not be the best for batting but I like to see as much of the diamond as I can.
I've tried up close cameras in the past but they're just not for me.
so yeah, fisheye & wideOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
The irony is that I too have been toying around a bit and trying out catcher high. Jury is still out for me on that.Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.Comment

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I've been switching between fisheye 1 and 2. For a bit last year I also used offset 1 and 2

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I've tried Fish Eye, FE 2 and Retro but to me, Broadcast cam is the best. Its beautiful and it helps me with seeing pitches out of the strike zone a bit better. Give it a try!Comment

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I used some form of “catcher “ for years and years I’ve had it set to retro for probably four years. I find that the pitch comes in slower on retro so I just up the pitch speed a click or two.Comment

Strike zone 2
Easier to see ball and to judge pitches in my opinion.

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I prefer Retro with a few edits. It’s great! Tho timing can get frustrating every now & then.Comment

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
I go with strikezone, strikezone 2 or strikezone high.
I know I give up some of the aesthetics of seeing the stadium but I like seeing the spin on the ball and it makes me feel more like I’m in the box.
Whatever view you choose, there will always be pros and cons. I think the key is find one aesthetically you like, that feels natural and just get good at that one.

Re: Im constantly changing the hitting view
offset or offset zoom i believe. It gives the perspective slightly turned towards your batter so you really get the L/R perspective on pitchersComment
