Its a fashion statement. They also wear white after Labor Day.

also, maybe the fan did not bring sun screen and didn't want to get sun burned while sitting there in the sun .

Or maybe the Fan bought a Hoodie in the Team Store and didn't want to carry it in the bag. lol

In-game temps in majority of cities, especially those in the south, are often much cooler than they are in real life for whatever reason.

The game determines crowd attire based on the actual air temperature, not the month of the year.

If he’s playing in San Francisco in August and the game starts with temperatures in the 50’s, it stands to reason that some fans will be wearing hoodies.

True. In Franchise and RTTS, the weather can change a good amount even in the same month based off basic factors like cloud cover, location, and time so I really don't think this is an inaccuracy.

That's because all generic managers wear jackets. Been like that for years. Has nothing to do with the weather.

It's been on my wishlist for years for SDS to let us set our own game time temperature just like we can set the weather.

It's a massive pet peeve of mine, how ridiculously cold the in game summers are in Toronto. I've lived in Ontario my whole life and we've never had a summer as cold as EVERY SINGLE ONE in the Show.

Also seeing pitchers doing cold weather animations when the dome is closed. Seems closing the dome doesn't actually impact the temperature inside the stadium, which is banana pants insane.
