not yet, most might wait to see what's up in terms of per order specials.

I liked the old days of getting a cap.

Wonder whats in store this year? Fried Chicken and Beer?

Where would you even preorder the game? (And what is the optimal place?) I've never done that before, since I don't normally buy games close to their releases.
