MLB 09 the show (PS2) rosters

Hello fellow the show-ers, for old time's sake I want to buy The Show 09 for ps2 again but I have one doubt. Can I still update my rosters online, even if the I can't play online? Will the servers still allow me to dl the update? Otherwise, do you guys know if the rosters are anywhere else?

I got The Show 11 for PS2 but it does not have online anymore at all, the last game on the ps2 to have online play was 09 so that's why I want to get it...

If you buy the game again, you'll be stuck with the default rosters.
