Auto Save wont turn off in Franchise?

Auto Save is ruining my franchise. I turned it off in the menus, saved it, etc. and it still auto saves after everything I do in Franchise. I cant even simulate games without it totally screwing things up. Is there anyway to turn this crap off for good, or did I just waste 30 bucks on this game? Thanks.

It's always been this way in past installments, franchise will autosave no matter what.

If you have the PC version, it's a simple matter of saving the franchise/settings files etc. in a separate folder, then re-installing them if and when you want to go back to a previous save.

No, not on last years for the 360. Mine never auto saved if I turned it off.

Thats too much work, Id be better off just closing the program out before it auto saves. I don't see how there isn't an option to turn off auto save in franchise. One of the dumbest things 2K has ever done. Looks like I wated 30 bucks since I cant even simulate games now.
