Where can i get the new rookies for madden 10

The best football game left will be ps2 madden 10 with 11 lacking online ability, how can i install the new rookies in madden 10, if its not possible then I have another question where can I get the info needed to create them myself

Since it's a fair question, and I have to close this thread, because nothing good will come of it, I'll give you an honest suggestion.
www.nfl.com will have all the rookies, if you look at a draft recap, you can probably create them pretty easily.
Also , use the search , there's a complete ratings thread for Madden 11, and that has all the rookies' ratings the devs are using.
