Starting A New Dynasty w/ Steve McNair Need Help with Ratings

The other day I went over to a friend's house whose Xbox broke. He still had his PS2 and we played Madden 2004 and it was like going back in time and looking back at some of the players who defined the 90's to early 2000's and seeing some pretty good players today who were rookies(Dallas Clark among others). But the player I had the most fun with was Steve McNair even though I didn't agree with the ratings. So what would y'all rate him when he was in his prime? I'm planning on putting him on the Browns since he was the 3rd overall pick in 1995 and the Browns had the 3rd overall pick in 2005 which was his 10th year in the league and his last year as a Titan. This is what I was thinking: Like I said I'm not very good at this!

Steve McNair was/is my favorite Titan/Oiler of all time, so I may have raised his attributes a little higher than they should be, but I also did see every single game of his in a Titan uniform.

He was a hell of a player. It was tragic the way his life ended.
