What's the most updated roster on the Xbox one? I tried a few and none of them have Brady or gronk the bucs.

The Franchise Guys roster is the best one. Search by most downloads, I think he's working on one with the rookies in it right now, his one without rookies was uploaded 4/20

Go with NEW2020 it has all updates except rookies and retirements so you can still play with guys like Kuechly and use a draft class is better as when these guys create rookie QB's they can't edit the throw tight spiral etc so imo it's better to draft the rookies
