I would have to say it was the 2001 Miami Hurricanes

They went undefeated and won the National Championship and they had so many star players.

A lot of people are going to say 95 Nebraska due to the more impressive margin of victory in games...but I agree with you OP. Miami in 2001 was amazing. They screwed around with BC and Virginia Tech a bit too much, that's all. They could have beat them both by 21+ if they wanted too.

I'd say 2001 UM and 95 NE are neck and neck almost but slight edge for me to Miami.

I would say 2001 Miami with 95 Nebraska second.

While 95 Nebraska destroyed every team they played, I feel like that Miami team had more talent.

I love this discussion. We should have some type of voting-style tournament (or some type of bowl championship series for you non-playoff lovers).

I would pick the 99 FSU or the 82 PSU team team because I'm biased lol
