Nope. Think of it kind of like fantasy basketball. I will handle the game file and run the team according to what you decide, and then provide updates through the thread.

Also, just as a note...I don't but the new game til after the playoffs start every year so this will go AT least til then. Iput way too much work tminto this to end it so soon haha.

I'll join, I'll take the T-Wolves cause someone took my Cavs lol, this looks pretty fun, can we make trades amongst each other? Also can we tell each other what we offered each other like say I get offered Serge Ibaka for Beasly, can I tell the 76'ers that so they will have to up their offer? I'm pretty confused with the draft and summer league stuff though can you explain that to me?

I'll tell you what, if he allows a switch you can have the cavs and I will take San Antonio Spurs, I don't mind

I have no problem with this if you both are cool with it. I will go ahead and change it for the time being.

The short answer, yes! As a matter of fact, that is one of the biggest benefits of this style of association is that you are all allowed to discuss transactions with other GMs through PMs and come to agreements without involving me until the very end.

You do need to get league approval before any trade can be completed, however.

Another thing to consider is that not only can you leverage rival GMs against each other in the interest of getting the best possible deal for your squad, but you can also use the my news and rumors updates (once a week during Summer League, training camp, preseason and regular season and once a day right before the draft and during free agency). Leaking information to me in the interest of having me publish it for the public to see could really work in your favor. Even leaking different players who you want to place on the market, or any other information that you might see fit, could be a useful tool.

Remember, rival GMs do not have information beyond what you tell them, besides the basic information such as who is on your roster and general statistics.

The information regarding summer league and the draft will be detailed within the primer that I am in the process of preparing for you guys as we speak (between my wife and work I am getting started a bit later today than I would like lol). If you had any specific questions I would be happy to answer them for you, though.
