[/i]Not that I know of, but giving the user some more info in the case of trade approval is a great idea moving forward.
To piggy off this one: Since three-team trades are back, can you initiate two CPU teams to trade with each other using trade override and the user-controlled team not gaining anything in return? You could do this on last gen. I only ask since this might be a loophole to getting more information when approving/declining CPU trades.

In NBA 2k15, it was hard to gauge whether the trades were fair in later years of my franchise because I was less familiar with the teams records — and more importantly their depth chart. If we could decline the trade initially, but then just force the trade via the three-team method after researching that would be great.

And unrelated to this, but is there an option if we move one of the teams in MyLeague to Seattle, can the user automatically just apply the old Sonic uniforms, or will they have to go download/remake a carbon copy of them?

But this all sounds amazing too. Thank you!

The cpu of other teams also have numbers retired for players throughout the years. It would just be an awesome feature because in like 2050 players are going to the hall of fame but there are no numbers being retired.
Players who go into the HOF should automatically have their numbers retired for the team they spent the most time with. It's just weird seeing another Laker with Kobe's number. I'd also settle with being able to go into the team history (or whatever it's called) page and just manually "retire" a player's number. I ran a Rockets MyLeague last year and I "brought" Milos Teodosic over after a few years and I immediately won 2 Championships back to back, and another a few years later. He only played about 7 seasons before retiring (he was like 29 when he came over). His stats were OK, about 15 PPG, 7.5 assist, 38% from 3, 95% ft, but he was SO clutch in the playoffs. He hit so many big shots, made so many plays, and being 6'5", he got a surprising number of blocks for a PG. Even though he's not a HOF'er, I would love to be able to retire his number 4 Rocket jersey.

I believe you can, we can also do this with sliders and such now.

I was all set to stick with 2K15 for a few more cycles.

But this blog has literally blown me away. They are taking MyLeague to legendary levels of customization, depth and replay value.

I am in!!

Wasn't the loophole swapping seconds?

Like you would trade your second rounder to one of the trading teams for a second. I don't remember not "giving" anything up.

I dont think Ive seen this answered yet...

Are we tied to one team once we start MyLeague? On legacy system, I could change my team during my association.

Sometimes in year 5 of my league, I see another team I rather play with

I guess we're not getting a 'Weekly Wrap-up' type show this year.

I would even be happy with a pre-season, All-Star, pre-playoff, and post playoff/offseason show.

Can you "run it back" over multiple seasons or just the one time?

I'm hoping this hasn't already been answered but are the jersey and court art customization options limited to the relocation process?

Teams get new jerseys and change their court style each year. Definitely something I was hoping would be possible this year, adds tremendous replay value. Relocation is definitely cool but I hope its not necessary just to design new uniforms.

Nope it isn't. As soon as you start, you can create a new jersey & court for your team.

I think Steve should update the OP with all the answered questions. That way, no one needs to wade through 70+ pages of thread.

Really?

Is it true %100 ? I don't want to get uber hyped now. I didn't see it written on the blog there sliders to be shared but i haven't seen Exporting your ongoing or end of season Roster etc.

Cannot begin to explain how awesome this all is to me.

A couple of cosmetic things..

1) Can we create an Alternate jersey for our teams? Keeps saying home and away. Now, even the Thunder have an alt jersey.

2) Will teams automatically relocate in MyGM? I just want to relocate my team and no one elses.

3) I see through screenshots they are still using that glossy logo. Can you create a 3D version of this for your custom logo?

This game looks absolutely insane. I've been waiting for a solid basketball game that can last me 2-3 cycles and I'm becoming evermore convinced that this is it. So excited. I'm a customization nerd (to the fact I am paying a graphic artist to create my custom team primary AND secondary logo!) and this is just otherwordly. So excited to play. Sept can't get here soon enough!

Nope. An example like this is what I'm talking about. I used 2k14 on my PC to do it:

Pelicans trade: Jrue Holiday
Pacers trade: George Hill
Nuggets (my team) trade: nothing

And then as long as you had Holiday going to Indiana and Hill to the Pelicans, the trade between the two CPU teams works.

That's false dude. You would absolutely need to swap 2nd rounders for that trade to work. A message would just have popped up saying that you're team isn't trading anything.

or Receiving anything. But it could work on PC, I imagine with some sort of mod.
