The Seattle Seahawks return from their bye week to hopefully avenge their first defeat of the season when the St. Louis Rams come to town. The Seahawks were upset by the Rams in week 2 23-20.

Tavon Austin - WR: Austin in his sophomore campaign now is starting to come on as a leading option for Sam Bradford.
Defense:
James Laurinaitis - MLB: Laurinaitis leads the Rams in tackles this year, and is one of the most steady linebackers in the game.
Prediction: The Seahawks will be double salty for this match-up. Coming off of their first home loss in almost three years, and also seeking revenge for their other loss of the season at St. Louis. Seattle will be nothing but focused for this game, and it will make for a long day for the Rams.
