    FIFA Realistic Career Mode Rules

I've been collecting, gathering, and combining career mode rules and restriction posted by great authors accross the internet.

Tweaked some things and added my own, will for sure improve it in the long run.

You can post your own rules when playing CM aswell in this thread, looking forward to how other ppl roleplay their career!

One of my rules. If you're playing with a lower tier club and a bigger club comes in for your star player, let him go as he would more than likely want to transfer IRL.

Example. Manchester United make an offer to sign Sarr from Watford. If I'm controlling Watford then I will more than always let him leave as he would likely join a larger club In Real Life (IRL)

I also do not loan out too many players as the CPU rarely loan out players. Players progress faster if they're loaned out so it is a bit on the cheating side.

I will also always let a player leave if another team pays their release clause. I do this because the CPU are unable to resign a player if you trigger their release clause.
