“Play Now” 2 weeks behind?

Does anyone know why Play Now is multiple weeks behind the real NFL schedule these days?

I’ve been playing Madden for for almost 20 years, but the game is getting more and more trash.

Are the developers of this game even trying anymore???

I thought I was the only person who cared about this problem. I wanted to play the Thanksgiving games on the night before Thanksgiving and the Play Now games were the previous week games. WTF?

I just watched a stream from EA/Madden from late December. Sounds like the entire company was off two weeks for Christmas/New Year.

There's plenty of valid criticism of this game. The developers taking time off around a major holiday to be with families, IMO, is not one of them.

Sure, but when you turn out rubbish the other 50 weeks, it’s a little difficult to be empathetic.

I mean, if that’s the kind of person you want to be, then sure. Seems kinda Karen-ish to me, though.

Personally, I’d rather not have my employer’s customers decide whether I get to take my PTO every year around a holiday.

I do too would like to know what is the issue with this. I always want to start my CFM from the last week of the season. However, its still in week 15 of games. Is there a timeline to when they'll update the Play Now Games? This is unacceptable, considering they are updating the Rosters but haven't touched the Play Now Game mode.
