Thought first episode was sold not hooked right away like I was with Mandalorian though. We see maybe second episode will hook me.

Re: The Book of Boba Fett.

I saw the first episode, it was ok for a premiere.

Second episode focused mostly just on the "flashbacks", but it was still good. I wonder if the series is mainly going to be focusing on Boba Fett before the events of Mandalorian.

No matter what, I just can't not see Agent May from Agents of Shield. Her character in this series reminds me of May, just in a different universe.

Thought episode 2 last weeks was a good amount better than first episode still not at the level of mandaloran though.

3rd episode was kind of all over the place. Let's see where it goes.

I am enjoying it. Is it better than the Mandolorian? No. Is it entertaining for pioneer old school Star Wars fans? Oh hell yes.

I loved the whole Tuskin Raider Tribe backstory in the first three episodes. Really well done.

                The Wookie is badass.

It’s fun and it is totally for the older Star Wars fans.....you know the ones who mailed in 5 Kenner proof of purchase cards to get a free Boba Fett figure!!!! Yeah that’s me! And I still have all of them and Slave One!!!! I am a total Star Wars get man.

Same. But I'm thinking it's leading up to a big episode.

I was bored for like 75% off both seasons of The Mandalorian but not like this. I didn’t have the visceral reaction to The Last Jedi a lot of people did, but after years of the fanbase holding up a guy who really did very little in the movies and was awesome mostly just off of our imagination, I feel like if they keep playing Boba like a bitch I’m gonna have to fight someone at Disney HQ.

I've been enjoying it. But I wanted a darker Boba Fett. I can't lie. You know the same Fett that sold Han Solo to Jabba and helped put his *** in Carbonite. That ruthless bounty hunter that does what he needs to, to get paid.

I guess time in the Sarlaac pit changes a man. He comes out giggling and tickling the chin of a rancor.[emoji38]

Re: The Book of Boba Fett.

                            They humanized him.

The Sand People backstory is akin to a Dances With Wolves type of thing going on.

I am enjoying the story thus far.......we are finding out Boba Fett is much older, wiser and trying to be a crime lord vs a rouge Bounty Hunter.

If this were The Book of Boba Fett when he was young and running contracts we would have a different show.

But the Mandolorian is a better series...hands down. Just a better character.

But I am digging this just fine......it’s old school Star Wars for old school fans....I ain't complaining. I don’t over analyze this.....Star Wars is a weekly soap opera in space. Star Trek is far more.....geeked up in terms of realism and a totally different vibe.

Star Wars for me has always been mindless fun set in space. If I want serious tones....I watch Star Trek.

I also think Obi Wan will have a much more serious and dark tone being he is a Jedi in hiding on Tatooine. It should be an awesome series since you know.....Vader will be part of it too.

This series is currently a 4 out of 10 for me. I get it it's the 1st season and they trying to establish the series, but it is definitely not living up to my expectations of what I thought it would be. He suppose to be a bad ***, but in this series he is a bitch that get his *** kicked every episode. This series remind me of the Picard series where they overly humanize him too.
