    Any tips would be appreciated.

    Haven't played since Madden 20. Playing Madden 22 on PS4. Does anyone have any tips on using the R3 stick and pass rushing. The thing is whenever I use it, it sends someone who's in coverage towards the quarterback. It's not all the time but enough for me to notice. What am I doing wrong?

      You're clicking the right stick in. That button sends people in coverage after the quarterback, like an alert when he's scrambling. Tells coverage guys he's running basically and to attack the ball. Just push up, down, left or right for pass rush moves. Don't click it in

          Yea that’s what is said that it’s clicking that does this. But I’m wary of this and know I’m not clicking and it still happens. So I gave up and just control LB that’s either in middle zone or assigned to cover RB.

              Much appreciated. I swear at times I'm not clicking it in. Might just need to get better stick skills. It's been a min. Thanks still

                  I don't think I am either. I'll flick it right or left and make a move and here comes that linebacker lol.

                      Yea that’s why I stopped controlling DL. Couldn’t figure why my D was so bad especially in the middle of the field. Once I started controlling LB instead my D got immensely better. I even had a 12-10 game.
