    Toughest rebuilds this year

Trying to figure out what franchises would be the most fun to rebuild this year. I think the Panthers are a fun one but they have enough good pieces to not make it too difficult.

Lions and Texans are the obvious choices; which do you think is the tougher rebuild (assuming you trade Deshaun) *probably for 1 first with madden trade logic*

Any other teams that might be challenging?

Who will you be going with?

I'm thinking about trying the Texans but I'm not going to trade Watson till the end of the 2022 season should make it even more challenging. Just have him buried on the depth chart so he doesn't get any playing time.

And I will try to rebuild the Jets.

The Steelers & Saints will be tough ones with their rosters as old as they are, especially with the Saints cap situation

I'm most likely going to use either the Jets, Eagles, or Panthers. Any of those teams should be a nice challenging rebuild with me as a rookie head coach.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Steelers probably for me, need a QB and in a challenging division. Broncos for a similar reason.

Falcons could be a good choice, especially if you don’t cut Ryan and his massive contract

Toughest rebuild: Madden Franchise, but damn it they’re trying.

              I kid, I kid.

QBs have never mattered that much in Madden, unless you have a really bad one. So a team without a QB isn’t necessarily the hardest rebuild. It would be a team with committed money to older players who aren’t that good.

That means probably the Texans (assuming you’re realistic and don’t have Watson). Or maybe the Falcons

I’m glad Madden has an expansion mode. All I have to do is be my Jets lol.

Raiders. They suck and their cap situation is awful. I've been doing a rebuild of them in M21 NG and it's been challenging but it went smoother than it would in M22 because the rosters are from before they demolished their offensive line and committed an insane amount of money to a backup RB lol.

                    Re: Toughest rebuilds this year

I'm doing a CFM with the Texans in M21 and had a Super Bowl run with the Falcons.

For M22 I've narrowed it down to these teams:

                    Panthers
                    Vikings
                    Jets
                    Broncos
                    Jaguars
                    Eagles

The Panthers or Vikings are probably who I'm going to go with.

                      Re: Toughest rebuilds this year

Fun rebuilds will be the teams that have a young QB or a lot of cap space. So the Jags, Jets, Panthers, Dolphins (if you want to keep Tua), Giants possibly (if you want Daniel), and the Cardinals even. Chargers could be added to this list, always have a strong roster in madden

Tougher rebuilds I would say would be teams like the Eagles, Falcons, Texans (whatever you decide to do with Watson), Vikings (Cousins and his contract), Seattle (not much cap room and need O line and D line help)

I agree with the challenging rebuild. Young guys (except Jacobs) didn't deliver early, so they are tough to develop now and team is missing the superstars. Madden valuation is typically middle of the road team - ok, but not bad or great.

Cap situation will be great though, loads of cap in Madden after season 1 especially if you get a new QB. Probably what I would call the cleanest rebuild where you don't just need to develop young stars in place, but build everything.

I'm not sure i buy that the Eagles are one of the toughest rebuilds. Their offense is ready to explode in Madden with a mobile QB and a ton of young weapons and future draft picks (3 1's next year). They will be one of the most fun rebuilds, but i don't know about difficult.
