Play Now Quarter Length

I play 12 mins quarters.
Trying to play some week 2 play now games and no matter what I do, they r at 6 mins quarters. I see no way to change them from 6 mins. Am I just missing something? Or is something jacked up where you cannot change the quarter length in the play now games? Ridiculous

There’s two places you can change the quarter length and runoff for Play Now games.

1. Go to the main menu settings. It to the right of The Yard on main menu screen. It looks like a gear. Mash that, go to settings and settings again, then game options. 8 clicks down is the quarter length option. Right below that is the playclock runoff option.

2. After you controller select in Play Now, another screen pops up. You can change the quarter length and runoff here as well.

This was my pet peeve last year as well. I haven't figured out how to change the length for the weekly Play Now games since they skip the settings screen altogether after team choice. So I only play through custom when I play individual games.

I have quarters set correctly. It appears there is no option to change the quarter lengths, when u select a pre chosen play now game, for the week thats coming up. Shame

Gotcha. I’ve never played a pre-chosen play now game. That sucks.

Click on 'Custom Game'. If you select any of the games displayed you can't change quarter length. So avoid all the games that show the Franchise logo and just click Custom game.

Almost positive it’s whatever your franchise settings are at. I think if you start a franchise, set them to what you want, save then back out. Then go back to play now live. Those should be what you get. That’s how it worked for M20.
