Gamechangers, so EA hooked them up I guess.

They used to send out games pretty early anyway (2 weeks or so) back when I moderated their forum, but surprised they are letting them upload footage.

Probably just send it to him because he has a lot of subscribers I guess.. easy way to spread the word.

Hear him talking about it being an early build, but thats most likely just because the day 1 patch isnt up yet. Don't see it being any other version than the one they ship out (excluding patches).

It looks like the beta build. The posture duration is still very short.

And one more wish. Blast takedown always ends at the side position. Add blast takedowns with half guard and guard ending. It will be good

And one moment. Why when someone does a takedown and there is a cage behind them, they still fall on the mats? Everything should be like a driving takedown. Must lean on the cage

This guy sucks and he's managing on Hard difficulty. Guess that means I'm starting at legendary.

Amateur fights all start at the same difficulty. You select your difficulty after the Amateur fights complete. We determine a recommended difficulty for the user depending on how you did in your first 5 Amateur fights. You can change this difficulty at any time, unless you chose Legendary. I don't think any videos have gotten that far yet, but we didnt want you to choose a difficulty before being onboarded into the game.

Once you get to training camp for your first WFA or Contender Series fights, difficulty will ramp up slowly. So if you chose HARD as your difficulty, it won't get to HARD until you fight a couple times. This is to allow for a slow ramp with your low attributes. Something that can be tuned for sure and something I am looking at tracking once we go live. If its too easy, it's something we can change fairly quickly.

Ok, thanks for the explanation. I was concerned because I heard Hard is the best for realism, but I saw some of these guys starching the AI at first and a large portion of them don't play well (throwing roundhouse kicks from elbow range). Great to see that you will be tracking this info, appreciate it.

Does the difficulty or any potential sliders we set also apply to training?

Can we skip the ramp up on subsequent play throughs?
