This one hurts. Huge Seinfeld fan and also a huge fan of The King of Queens. Man was a legend.

        Jerry, it's Frank Costanza.

Steinbrenner's here, George is dead, call me back.

Legend man 😂. 2020 has not been a fun year and I’m not the type of person to make those comments usually.

One of the great character actors. Hopefully he’s found serenity now.

          RIP Jerry.

Tremendous comedic talent. Really found his niche with the situation comedy. I may be in the small group that thinks his Arthur Spooner is his best character. This is still my favorite scene:

I also think Arthur is his best character because we got to see him every episode. Just gold everytime he's on screen. RIP

One of my favorite Arthur moments.

                *Looks at calendar on refrigerator*

Arthur: "Whoa! According to this, Jesus is coming tomorrow!"

                Carrie: "Dad, that's Jesus....the plumber!"

Kevin James really had to hard sell to get Stiller on King of Queens, as Jerry Stiller was considering retiring after Seinfeld ended. Glad James managed to convince Stiller to join the show, as Arthur was such a great character.

Jerry will be missed, but his comedy and characters will live on.

He was great. As far a King of Queens, what I didn't know was Spence's mom, Veronica was his real life wife. Also, the manager at the coffee shop (when he wanted to be customer of the month) was his real life daughter.

Yeah, I easily spotted her because to me she is as easily identifiable as Jerry. They were a popular comedy team in the 60's and 70's and she had a "frequently recurring" or "semi-regular" (LOL) gig on Archie Bunker's Place throughout its run.

I gotta think James had a lot to do with bringing a good number of older stars back in for guest appearances on King of Queens, but to include Jerry's wife was a real class act.

Jerry played her ex-husband for a couple of episodes of Archie Bunker's Place. They played a couple on The Carol Burnette Show too.
