If there is money to be made (there is), and if they can be free and clear of legal hurdles (they are not), there will be an NCAA game ASAP.

I'm not sure this petition is needed. The licensing is the big thing. I'm sure there's money to be made and that EA themselves would love to bring it back due to money.

New consoles coming out this fall and college revenues falling due to the coronavirus........the summer of 2021 looks as good as any for a potential return of NCAA Football to the video game world.

What's stopping EA from just using generic faces? The rosters don't even have to be accurate(In terms of player numbers and skin color). Though I guess with the way EA is now, they won't make the game any other way if it's not as real as possible, and that includes real current players. I use fantasy generated rosters for my dynasties anyways. It's the teams that matter to me, not the players.

In a way, I'm glad NCAA hasn't come back. Because it would be just like Madden and riddled with animation issues and bugs. Madden 20 is awful, and NCAA 20 would probably just as bad.

This. We would have a game that hasn't improved in 4-5 years. And these forums would be riddled with complaints at the devs.

Personally I am glad that they haven't tried to bring it back. My PS3 is still in great condition and this is the only PS3 game I still play.

As much as I miss college sports games, I am honestly glad they stopped being developed when they did.

I’m sure the game will continually go through cycles of trending until it eventually makes its way back.

Good to see it get some attention though! There was an EA developer on Reddit that talked about challenges bringing back the game and why they don’t want to use fake rosters.
