2K20 Community Creations can't download CAW/"progression"

There's a CAW I'm attempting to download and I keep getting the DLC error message. Must have 2K Originals: Southpaw Regional Wrestling, which I have, Trish Stratus Purchasable, which I have, and then it says Progression, with Alicia Fox's name under it 4 times. Can someone explain to me what this means or why I'm unable to download this CAW?

This has happened to me but with someone else. Sad thing is you have to remember the dlc's it says you have to unlock, and play the other stories that you think might unlock the content you are looking to dwl. Mine was cleared after I did some substories under the wasteland.
