Live content update blocking start of madden

Ok guys , i have searched high and low on these forums for the easiest way to explain how load madden 20 mods on frosty, i have no problem with madden 19 but 20 , no matter if i delete live content and go offline it still blocks me for starting the game saying ti has found live content, . what is the best way to load my mods in easy understanding so i can get gaming??

I had the same issue even after manually deleting the folder. I run this attached .exe as an administrator every time before I launch the game with mods and I've had no problem.
