Realistic XO’s Dynasty

PS3



So guys up front about me to win some trust,

I've been playing this game since it came out and love college football absolutely to death like many of you I am sure, I played football my whole life and want to coach in the future. Currently a college student and since football season is winding down I want to start winding this game back up…



I wanted to create not just a online dynasty but a little community that we can all enjoy but take seriously. I want upsets, losses, and recruiting battles. I want drama, stories, and somewhat realistic situations.



To create something like this it takes people who are actually interested and will be committed to their word of playing games, communicating, and following rules.



That being said here is my plan,

Basics

12 users (need 10 before we start season)

7 min Quarters

Heisman difficulty (slider info below)

We will advance every 2-3 days (can change based on progress of league)

Updated conferences

Coaches start at level 10

It is required to join the group me when you join (part of being a community)



Team selection

Power 5 Conferences

No more than 4 users per Conference and 2 users in each Division

Ex. In the SEC Alabama, LSU for the west and Florida, Georgia for the east

2 in the east and 2 in the west

Minimum 1 user team per conference (would like to get one team in each P5)

This goes for any P5 conference



Roster

The roster will start off with the most recent rosters aka OS 2018-19 roster



Recruiting

I want recruiting to be a fun part of this that is taken somewhat seriously too. Not just something you sim through, its about building a team to fit your ideas as a “coach”. Using your knowledge of your playbook and style to create something that is yours.

Pipelining states and competing for recruits is a fun part of this game that deserves attention.

No instant commit perk for coaches



Sliders

I used sliders on Heisman as a base and make a few very small tweaks to help offense flourish a bit more easily... Here is the link to the page explaining the sliders

RULES

We cant have fun unless we have a few things

1.Respect

Just respect other people’s time, viewpoints, and anything that goes with that. This shouldn’t even have to be said

2.Communicate

It is important to communicate with the group about what is going on with the dynasty and when you are ready to advance. Once you complete a game report the score immediately to the GroupMe

3.Playcalling

It is important to have a diverse set of playcalling and not call the same 5 plays all game every game

4.Realistic

This kind of goes hand and hand with playcalling but DO NOT Stat pad or run the score up to a ridiculous unbelievable degree to make yourself look better or win your players an award. This is going to be taken seriously and checked.

5.Commitment

I do not want to have to go looking for people to be serious about this kind of a dynasty. I want it to be casual but competitive and fun for everyone. We play this game because we love the game (and some of us are has beens)

When you join you are committing to 1 full season of play!

6.HAVE FUN

That is the point of this really...creating story lines and drama and enjoying that as a community in a healthy way.



If any of these rules are broken we are going to have a 2 strikes and you’re out system. Fool us once shame on me, fool us twice shame on you and you’re out.
