I was just wondering if we can get the bonus characters (pre-order / deluxe edition) after launch if we bought the base game?

If you're talking about Rey and Ronda, 2K had a tweet out that said they are included in every deluxe version whether pre order or not. If you don't get deluxe I'm sure at some point they will be available for purchase

Yes, they are part of the Deluxe Edition, or pre-orders for the regular edition.

That said, if you get a copy from a store that was a leftover from their original shipments, it may already come with the pre-order codes.

Otherwise, yea I imagine they will be available at some point.

You can buy purchase codes on Ebay. I just did for Rousey & Rey for only $5 & gonna do one for the Woo edition today.
