This is rare, but it seems to be a new trend with video games where they go on sale a month later. I'm surprised it went on sell before Live though. I already know that game is going to drop to $20 around Black Friday.

To anyone in Canada we also have a sale for $49.99 some places (e.g EB Games) which I'm shocked to see. I've been getting 2k usually day one since 2k10 and there has never been a sale like this so quickly. $39.99 around Black Friday is what is usually expected.

Regret the day one purchase now but oh well.

FYI: For Canadians with Xbox Gold, you can also get it for the equivalent CDN price of $53 and change. So the sale is pretty much North America wide.
