    Offline Franchise?

Strictly speaking on offline franchise, how would you rate the game? I only wish to play out multiple seasons with a team vs AI and won’t touch any other mode.

    Thanks!

Gameplay looks solid overall but off-ice it's quite boring imo. Nothing new except scouting which is a good feature. I'd like to see more game depth.

It would a 9.5 if they let us invite an online friend to play in a game with you.

Thanks guys, follow up question, if I may...

Is it possible to create an expansion team, but re-draft the entire league? Or do you have to run an expansion draft?

Sim engine can still be a nightmare. Frequently see powerhouse teams like the Lightning missing playoffs with the "Champion" label and injuries off.

              how are sim stats?
are they always the same or can there be some years where leading scorers could have 120+ points.

I’m also a solo player only and haven’t picked the game up in a year or two... I remember never being able to get enough penalties/user power plays. Is that still a problem with the franchise or has it been fixed over the last few years??

My team is pretty much top 5 in both PP minutes and PK minutes. I've actually been trying to adjust some sliders to dial it down just a bit.

i think its great, with setting everything up with sliders and stuff, it makes the cpu challenging. However, there are some pet peeves of mine that have been around for years as far as i can remember.

but all in all, its great, i just wish we had final rosters so i can actually play a meaningful franchise.
