Rare players selling high on the auction house

I'm not sure why. Maybe people trying to complete collections, but I've noticed silver and bronze cards going for a lot in the auction house just because they're rare. For example, I sold justin Holliday twice for over 10,000. I'd like to keep doing this since I don't care about collections. But I don't want to search every card.

The question is what other cards do you guys know of? Also if I'm trying to build a good team for the long haul am I approaching this wrong? Should I be keeping these players?

If you are trying to build a good team in the long haul, you are approaching this exactly right. Sell, sell, sell right now. These lower tier cards will become less expensive over time and having the MT to spend on better cards in the future is the goal.

That's what I figured. The token rewards for the collection doesn't seem worth the mt points you have to spend to get the collection in three first place. Also I should add that I don't spend real money and I usually do all the domination stuff to get a decent team and then spend mt on the auction house to get a few superstars.

Any other tips for building a team that way?

Any other players like justin Holliday that people know that go for a lot on the auction house?

I don't want to divulge my methods, but play with silver filters for each of the teams. Set buy out limits that may seem ridiculous (like, at least 3,000 MT, or at least 5,000, stuff like that) and you will find a lot of teams whose cards go higher than you'd expect. From there, you can set filters that represent good deals and pick up any that you see. I know I have made a few mistakes myself, like picking up Holliday for 2,000 and selling for 6500 as that was what other Bulls cards were going for. Trial and error is key!

Fair enough. I might just go through all my players, make a list, then search them, then auction off the ones that are worth it.

Is it safe to ignore golds? Any golds I've looked at have been right around 1000 mt. Are bronzes worth looking at?

Are people looking for these cards interested in playing the auction game or just the instant buy? For the two justin Hollidays I looked at the current buy now prices and set mine right below the lowest.

That is basically what I have done! And I don't look at golds or bronzes, just because silvers are such an easy focus. I always undercut the lowest buy now. Most seem to be interested in the cheapest buy now to add to their collection

You need to check Golds too, to get good return. There's at least a handful that are atypically valuable. Dirk and Doncic, for example.
