PES 2013 PS3 Data Pack

Hello everyone!
The title is a bit self-explanatory. I might buy in the next few weeks PES 2013 for PS3, since I found it really cheap, and I miss playing that game a lot, since my CD got broken.
So my question is, since the online servers got shut down, can you still download the data pack in order to get the squads updated with the winter transfers from that season, or do I have to download it from the PC and then copy them to the PS3 with a USB flash drive?

Let me know if you found any working BLUS (North American PS3) option files. I don't care if it's outdated from like 2014 or 15 tbh as long as it has official team names/kits and non-fake player names.

Ive been trying to do that for 2014 since their servers went down. I dont want to get your hopes up
