Has anyone figured out a way to do this? I know in the past you could cheat the system using created teams, but now it seems that created teams have been removed from the player movement screen :/

I'm in the same boat...no workaround. I think we're stuck without an editor other than just recreating them for the current season.

Yet another reason to like previous versions of NHL games.

The worse part is you’re not able to move the underage to another CHL teams or even euro leagues. They should at least allow the underage movements in CHL or able to send to free agents as they are juniors in the first place.

Create the player you want and make him 18

Assign him to a CHL team, I usually just pick one of the first teams in the OHL

Go back to create-a-player, and find the player and change their birth date to December 31, 2002; that's the youngest you can make a player

That makes them eligible for the third season draft (2021)
