I feel silly asking this, but how exactly do you add a KOTR tournament to a PPV? When I go into a PPV and try to modify an existing match to add the tournament, the KOTR icon is shaded out and I can't select it. The other options (one on one, tag, 8-man, battle royal, etc.) are available, though.

For some reasons you can't. You can do it in play now but not during PPV's. Now there are other ways you can do it, but it's all using stuff outside the game.
