The Missed Extra Points Are Out Of Control

Alright, I’m really not sure how this one slipped passed testing, but the amount of missed extra points in the simulation engine is becoming a serious problem.

At first, I thought it was just when you super sim, but looking at box scores from around the league, kickers are missing 2-4 extra point kicks a game.

It’s costing teams games, it’s flubbing up the scores and it’s really out of hand. I know kickers can miss extra points, but nowhere near this rate. Something needs to be patched to fix this, it’s ruining the way a lot of people play this game.

Usual case of sim players rally for something, it's implemented to EA's credit, but extremely overdone. I'm sure it will be addressed in a patch

Um did you watch the NFL last season? Extra point rate drops to 94.2 percent, lowest in decades.

True, but 94% isn't 2/4 or 3/4 every game. That's 19/20

Thank you. Every kicker in the NFL doesn’t miss 2-4 extra points on a weekly basis. It’s absurd.

I’m playing against the Panthers right now who have 12 points instead of 14 because their kicker missed two extra points .

Looking at scores around the league , teams score touchdowns and have 6 points, 12 points, etc because kickers keep missing extra points.

This is not “realistic” or “sim” in the least.

Well use the silders to adjust it..

Let's please not complain about things like this until everyone gets a good sample size in. I would hate for them to release a patch making everything kicking related automatic again.

Sliders don’t matter in simmed games around the league my friend. Nor do they seem to matter in super sim when teams are kicking.

If only sliders were the answer ..
