Online Franchise Mode has disappeared from my game

Under the home screen I lost the option to play in an online franchise mode the past couple of weeks. I've both lost the option to play in my long-running online franchise that I've been playing since August, and I've lost the ability to start a new online franchise mode in Madden 17. Under the franchise mode banner there is only the option to start or continue in the offline mode.

Anyone else having this issue? I imagine I'll need to delete the game and re-download it but I'd hate to lose my saves.

I thought the same thing man. All you gotta do is go to franchise and click on cloud, then you can start new, search for one, or load an old one. Now if that option is gone then my bad, idk how to help. Good luck.

Also, make sure your Playstation plus account is current, or you won't have access to the cloud.

mine has disappeared too and it is not anything I am doing, I have done this 1000s of times and all other cloud based things are working. Madden update has lost access to my online connected franchise and shows no file even though I know it is there.

something has to be wrong on EA end - anyone else having this issue?

mine has disappeared too and it is not anything I am doing, I have done this 1000s of times and all other cloud based things are working. Madden update has lost access to my online connected franchise and shows no file even though I know it is there.

Can you include a screenshot? I'm the only person left alive to not have a smart phone or I'd do it on my end. Also, are you on xbox or ps? I'm xbox.

I have no problems playing the other online modes, or any other game's online mode. Online franchise as an option literally disappeared from my game.

I guess there's no fix for this, huh? I reinstalled the game and still no online/ cloud option.
