Again, any bugs not reported in the format will probably be deleted. This will make things easier for the developers to try to recreate, which in turn could lead to quicker fixes.

Hi Guys,

Is anyone else getting offline lag on the PS4?

Specifically the menu speed loading into edit lines or something is ridiculously slow.

And in game, when you want to change lines manually there is a delay when you are trying to toggle.

What gives... Anyone else?

Platform: PS4

Whats the bug? Position Lock disables if you make setting changes during game. You have to "re" position lock.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Play Now

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Apply position lock before a game. Start game and then go into settings and make gameplay setting changes. Position lock then turns off.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. First time.

Do you have video or a picture? Nope.

Not sure if this is a bug. But once again editing player height and weight is disabled. Was available in NHL 16. If this is a new likeness licensing issue then fine, but if it is a bug, hopefully it is addressed.

Whats the bug? Control Settings don't save. I keep changing auto backskate to OFF and every time I play it is back ON

Whats the bug? intermittent lag and frame rate issues

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Be A Pro - OFFLINE

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I'm unable to recreate it, just happens intermittently throughout the game.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Some games play fine, some have so much lag that it is getting close to unplayable.


Not seeing anyone else with the same complaints of lag in the offline mode, so getting a little worried that it's my Xbone or something. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still laggy.

I'll try other game modes and see what happens...

Whats the bug? Game freezes (usually 5-10 seconds after puck drops) due to slider ranges

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Play Now, also happened in World Cup.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Can confirm that the game freezes when "Min Pass Speed" slider set to 0 and "Max Pass Speed" slider set to 100. Seems to trigger as soon as I press pass. Have manual passing off, not sure if this affects it.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. Twice. Monkeyed with every slider in-game to see what was triggering the freeze, confirmed it was the pass speeds.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?: after the first period , I'd hear sounds and crowds and I would still see the crowd still moving and stuff , but it wouldn't parceed to second period.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far.: 2-4 times

Do you have video or a picture?: none


Other Feedback: its just a weird bug, I was forced to change hustle type to: Speed Burst , to Fix it I was able to parceed to second period gracefully.

Whats the bug? During pause or intermission, the penalty time in the overlay is reversed for the teams.

I Solved it, it was a stupid save thing, if you don't have it saved it doesn't work.

Problem: after i scored a goal the Sound Breaks Down. It's like it is muted. After 5-10 seconds the sound is back normally. Had this problem Not in the ea Access trial but now in the full Version. Really strange.

Whats the bug? Strategy pop-ups not visible because they are behind the on-screen overlays

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? All modes.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It's most disruptive playing online when I quickly want to change my foreheck, neutral zone etc and the strategy tactic pop-up is behind the NBCSN overlays with the team names

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every game. It would be nice if the strategy pop-up had priority over the NBCSN overlays, rather than waiting it out and then making the changes.

I initially had commentary but it has stopped working all together. I double checked all the volumes are up and I do hear the arena announcer.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every game.

What'a the bug: My game crashes as soon as I hit "Start Draft" in my franchise mode. The only thing I can think of is that I transferred Auston Matthews and Patrik Laine to the Leafs and Wings before I started. I don't see how that would have affected the draft though.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every Time. I got passed it once by autoing the draft. Only for it to crash when I went to the news hub.
