Snarky Moderators/ EA love affair

Since the EA UFC forums have closed, I have checked OS's forums daily...(due to the fact I get re-directed here from EA UFC forums). That being said, I have read one to many SNARKY responses from Operation Sports Moderators in retaliation to critiques of EA UFC 2 and/or its developers. Sitting atop their high horses the Moderators wield PRETENTIOUS comments frequently to users who state their opinion on the matter. Yes, it's quite clear Operation Sports is engaged in what appears to be a quasi HOMO ERROTIC love affair with EA and its UFC Developers. It is also clear that since the EA forums closed, Operation Sports is now serving as a defense mechanism/attack dog to those who are truly frustrated with EA's developers, UFC 2 gameplay, online lag, pathetic attempt of a career mode ect...Now EA can shield themselves from the brutal reality of the situation and secretly pat themselves on the back at night and sleep soundly. Thanks OS (LONG LIVE EA FORUMS!)

The top 5 or so threads are threads that are complaints about the game or aspects of it; they're still open.

That was so poetic it made me cry, but yeah, I agree on that. Some mods have to get rid of their God complex when everything they actually are is Ea's unpaid charwomen lol. Btw, if I'm getting a strike that's just a sign that you guys really take yourself too seriously.

Neither did I point the finger directly towards someone, nor did I use an insult lol. The fact that it's true doesn't change with that, some people just can't handle the power they get on the Internet. If someone feels insulted by that maybe it's their fault and not mine.

Regardless of you pointing a finger, you said some of the mods. You insulted some of the mods. That's against the TOS and is even stated in a thread stickied in this section. I'm not sure how you call out a group and then when asked about it say someone shouldn't feel insulted. Of all the mods we have, there are only about 3 or 4 of us closing threads in here so that absolutely narrows who you're speaking of. I'm also not sure how you call that group chairwomen and say they have a God like complex and then defend it saying it's true so it's not an insult.

The majority of the threads on the first page are talking about some sort of negative function of the game. Threads don't get shut down for negativity. They get shut down when there's already a thread like it, when the discussion has run its course and insults take over, and when members call out Devs/mods (yet, this one isn't closed) threads. Nothing is closed for the sake of closing or for bashing EA.

One doesn't have to be a mod to show their internet keyboard power.

You're judging the moderators here based on a microcosm of this small sub forum which is a sub forum we've been overly forgiving with.

What you call abuse of power, we call enforcing the strict rules of the site.
