Can someone recommend a good playbook for my lineup?

I'm trying to find a fitting playbook based off the players I have. Currently most of my points come off fastbreaks or freelance ball movement/drive and kicks. I want to call more plays, especially when I need to slow things down and break my opponents momentum. I also don't like doing pick and roll because it is so simple and easy to exploit the dumb AI it feels chessy to me.

Btw, is the style of freelance tied to the playbook you are using? I have never really thought about it.

I have never found exactly who, but your default freelance is tied to either the coach OR the playbook.

To keep things plain since I want to play 4-1 I use Cavs playbook AND David Blatt.

I am not sure which I would reccomend to you. This is to anyones freestyle.

What I would suggest is to go and recreate your team in an offline roster and do scrimmages with various type of offenses.

I'm using the Wizards playbook and the warriors freelance.

I'm also using the Wizards, though with the Hawks Freelance. It's probably the most balanced playbook with lots of very effective plays, I can highly recommend it. nk142 has tutorials on a few of them on his YouTube channel.

Me, too. This is my Go-To setup. I have set plays I run for each starter, and a few of my bench guys. If a player seems hot I will literally run a play over and over again until the D stops me. Mitch Richmond scored 9 straight for me last night.

I can always just bring it up and run the Freelance if I want, too.

I use Pace alongside the Bucks playbook. Pace really suits my lineup as i have 3 excellent ball handlers, a pick&roll center and 2 deadly and one very good 3p shooter. The bucks playbook has some really solid plays.

I run the 3 out 2 in fist freelance with my starters and the 4 out 1 with my bench. Also have the 95 magic playbook equipped. I did a lot of testing with all the freelances and multiple playbooks and found these fit my team's playstyle the best.

Best thing to do is create a custom roster with all your myteam players on it, only takes 5-10 minutes, then go into a scrimmage and play around with all the different freelances and playbooks.

Re: Can someone recommend a good playbook for my lineup?

Earlier on in the year I was in the process of beginning to run plays but right now I don't run any plays whatsoever. I feel really comfortable and confident with the balance I've found with my current team that I don't bother doing it anymore. That being said I know that running a play book could be advantageous vs better opponents.

A lot of my points come off solid D and the fast break. Wade is the alpha on my team. When I need a go to play I tend to run the PnR with him. Give him an ISO at the elbow where he can either post up, drive or take a jumper off the dribble. Curry is used mostly in PnR situations and as a spacer. Klay is there for lockdown D and to hit the open shot. Bron is usually able to take advantage of his match up whether small or Big.I also used him in the P&R. Walton is solid all around. plays D, posts up and hits the pick and pop J or Fade.

When Curry, Wade, Durant, Bron & Moments KAT are on the floor I can literally rebound the ball with any one of them and push the ball. I like to have this kind of versatility.

So basically the players in my Sig are the players I run.

What would you guys suggest for this kind of Roster. Right now I have POP as my Head Coach.

                Thanks in advance!
