This is just a very early guess, I know that the rosters will not end up looking like this, but it gives us an idea of who/how many players need created/updated. If there is a potential in parenthesis that means its a created player. Some potentials are based off of last year, so let me know if you feel someone needs to be higher or lower. Looks good Tree! I honestly don't know if i would change a thing, well maybe a little bump for McGuire (A-), Newman (B or B+), and Moroff (B, maybe because i did his face last year haha) but that is just the homer in me. Those potentials look pretty spot on though. I am curious if they still kept the 0-99 scale or if they went purely to the 20-80 scale? Looking forward to another year with the buccos on the show.

Pirates traded RP Yoervis Medina to Phillies for SP Jesse Biddle. Biddle will be out for all of 2016, he had TJ surgery. I updated the first page.

Eventhough he's out for the year Biddle is on the Pirates 40 man roster. Also, Hunter Morris! Did the Pirates re-sign him or is he still a Free Agent?

Pirates traded for Hunter Morris last April because they didn't have much depth at 1B in the minors. As far as I know he is still in the system and won't be a free agent until after 2016. However there is really no room for him anymore, so I am not sure what the future holds for him.

Pirates traded for Hunter Morris last April because they didn't have much depth at 1B in the minors. As far as I know he is still in the system and won't be a free agent until after 2016. However there is really no room for him anymore, so I am not sure what the future holds for him.

They released him in October.

I never used the export/CPU Roster Control thing to create the rosters, so I was wondering if there is a way to export original players.
I say this because players like Figueroa, Goebert won´t be on the original rosters for The Show 16 since they didn´t play last year, but their statistics are still in the 15 version.

When you use an MLB 15 franchise with roster control on and continue onto MLB 16, the players that did not have MLB service time in 2015 with show up with a random name and random face. They will still have their correct service time, career stats, equipment, stance, height/weight, etc. So we export them and edit their name and likeness to what it should be. Not sure it that answers your question though.

Figueroa will be in. He played in 8 games for the Yankees last year.

I know the rules and the agreement with the MLB Players Association, but I think that if a player has a MLB experience and has been featured on a version of MLB The Show, should be included in the original roster if signed to a MLB contract o NRI, like Goebbert, Partch, Juan Diaz, Antoan Richardson, Daniel Bard, etc.
