Question about xp in a 32 team controlled cfm

just entering my first offseason in a 32 team cfm. If I dont apply the xp points to each teams players will they progress at all or will every player's ratings just stay the same until they begin regressing?

Yes, you have to do it for each player of all 32 teams.

I am at the end of season 2 and the CPU has been progressing their own players. I'm not sure how smart they are with it, but they are doing it. I have it set to progress every four weeks, and have it set for the CPU to do it for all teams except the team I am controlling on a regular basis.

when you do take control of a team there's the options to allow the cpu to fill roster, change depth chart, etc. Progressing players is one of those. So tun it on for every team you don't want to do it on
