Madden 16 CFM Draft: Biggest Freaks/Studs/Gems in

Like many of you, one of my favorite aspects of CFM is scouting and drafting and going over my 'loot' after each draft. The purpose of this thread is to post the biggest freaks (height/weight/speed) you have found as well as some of the best gems (including players you changed from one position to another to create a monster). Also share if you have any tips that helped you identify these players.

I have just done one class so far and my best two picks were:
    1. A 5'9" 211lb back with 91spd, 94 agility, 92 acceleration and 75 strength to go a long with some nice move ratings
    2. A QB with 91spd, 92thp, 90 acceleration and agility

PS share button. Then just post to Facebook or Twitter, save and post here.

I've had a few, here was one of my best. Third round middle of the round I believe.

I've gotten his short accuracy to 99, medium to 98, deep to 78 and play action to 79.

I figured it had something to do with the share button. But I stay off of/don't have any social media accounts, so I can't post any screen shots.

Drafted an 80 OVR QB at the end of the first round, only to then draft an 81 OVR QB in the fourth round. Splitting time evenly between them in pre-season at the moment and in game prep, but it looks like the 4th round pick is going to win the starting job.

This is my big issue with knowing a players overall right as you draft them. In that scenario in real life the fourth rounder would never get the starting job over the first rounder. Never.

Hell, look at the Redskins. Drafted RG3 and Cousins in the same draft. It took RG3 injury and 3 years before Cousins actually got a crack at the starting job, even though he is actually the better QB.

They need to hide rookie overalls and attributes until you use them more in the game. Only have the obvious ratings like speed, strength, etc. revealed from the beginning

I kind of like it because it presents an interesting problem. For example I drafted a rookie RB with nearly identical ability to that of Gurley, but slightly superior agility acceleration. I honestly started Gurley out of deference and my real life fondness until the rookie was just out playing him and made the switch after our bye week.

Seeing the OVR when you draft adds the instant excitement or disappointment IMO. When I scout a guy with attributes Ilike, then see him still available in the 4th. As soon as I select him and see he's a 83 OVR, I'm like . Vice Versa when I select a guy, solely on strength or speed and see he's a 69, I'm like welp.

Between having to go to the rookie signing to find out attributes and this years, I prefer this years.

I see what you are referring to with the rookie OVRs though. I think including a training camp (Doesn't need to be long) would be the solution for your concern. We know the combine times, but let's see if he can run routes, run block, tackle, etc in a few drills or scrimmage.

This was from a draft I had a season or two ago
Saw the QB had a 4.3 forty and figured I could use the depth anyway using the rams.

That FB is the highest rated prospect I've seen and he was a 7th round and last of the 3 projected.

I drafted this guy one season in my Texans CFM. Was pretty stoked considering I didn't scout him, but scouted the player ranked below him. I think he was in the 3rd or 4th.

Drafted my greatest player ever last night.

                            Travis Huff, QB, 85 OVR Mobile. 6'3", 93 THP, mid-high 80's Short/Medium, 70's Deep, 88 Throw on run, 93 speed, 90 Acceleration, Superstar development.

                            SIXTH ROUND

Needless to say, I have found Chip Kelly the QB he needed.
Don't look back too long and don't look too far ahead.

How in the hell was he there until the 6th round lol

93 THP with 93 SPD alone is a 1st RD worthy QB pick alone
