2K16 CPU vs. CPU (Coach Mode Lite)

This is for REAL Coach Mode.

A lot of the conversation between this and Post #100 are actually from WATCHING before it was figured out how to do REAL Coach Mode - so disregard a lot of it.

Difficulty PRO - if using REAL Coach Mode!

These are what I have been using and they seem to work very well and very close to actual NBA Stats- there are not enough NON-shooting fouls so I move the FOUL OUT to 5.

Injuries are not that common for MY team so I use a random number on my phone. I have 0 1 or 2 random players hurt each game. Once I see how many players will not play I get a RND, multiply by 13 and round up to see what guy is sitting.

Each player SHOULD have miss about 10 games a year. AT least until I get an injury which I have not yet.

As I said - probably not many people needing THESE sliders but maybe one other person LOL

    Game one.

The Eccentric Edition thread had these foul sliders and I'll try them my next game

Your sliders look pretty good. Sort of like mine are set up. I also enjoy the Sim style or Coach mode style. I have some sliders you should really try out. I spend countless hours trying to get these things perfect ( which is impossible. ) But worth a try.

I know the numbers are a bit higher than most sliders on the offensive end. But this is only for the false sense of freedom of scoring. The defensive and sliders really impact the offensive sliders drastically making the gameplay pretty authentic.

      Off Reb 0
Def Reb 0 ( 2k's rebounding needs to be on 0 for more accurate numbers. Also players actual rebounding ratings will allow them to have a better chance at being themselves on the boards without the default 50 where everyone even a 5'3 guy has a chance among trees to grab. ) Keep at 0.

I'll be posting up some stats from my sliders set after this game and I can also post my current slider set if you want to take a look. I'll also give your set and Bkelly08's a go.

gooma Love to see them - Remember CPU vs. CPU - no SIM - Not sure about SIMCAST LIVE. I could almost do SIMCAST LIVE if they had the commentary and not the music.

Bkelly08 - what does your shot selections look like - I would think way to many inside shots and hardly any Middle shots. I'll try those on my same team on a copy of My League. Running now!

Both team comparison and shot selection from last game I played on my sliders. Steals a lot lower than usual for some weird reason . Current sliders are as follows:

Interesting - a lot of shots taken. Average team was 34-84 last year

Of course you can't take one game and think it is normal.

I'm halfway through a Bkelly game and it looks very promising - I'll let the 2nd half play while I sleep.

I am getting way about 10-15 more shots per game than the average in the NBA. Teams are taking shots with 10+ seconds on the shot clock more than 80% of the time. This is definitely a problem for scoring, rebounds, assists, and every other stat that increases with more shots being taken in a game.

are guys always open giving them more of a chance to shoot therefore not needing to use the clock? Or is the defence reasonably tight?oh and also what sliders have you been using?

I've been using Bkelly's sliders, but my games have been cpu vs cpu / live simcast games.

I did one game of Bkelly's sliders last night and my one thing was too many shots. However I did go back and see I had a couple basic settings wrong

I had Game Speed at 50 (he had 47, my other sliders were at 45 (what the heck does that do??) and I didn't have Real FG% OOPS

If I can get shots taken down to the middle 80s I'd be a happy camper.

I'll look at the shot spread at work But a glance this morning makes it look good.
