Looking for a stadium accuracy community rep(s)

What's up people we are looking for someone who has an uncanny or fanatic level love of stadium accuracy. We would obliviously love to visit every stadium every year but unfortunately it just doesn't work like that.

So we are looking for someone to join our community day group that specializes in nothing but stadium accuracy or un-accuracy for that matter. If you know of someone please nominate them but no self promotion .

    Thx

I know you said no self promotion but i'm not looking to join a community day group but could probably get you unique shots of PNC if you need them. I go quite often and can get you different angles you may not be able to find if you need.

I've been to all five California MLB parks within the past year (plus Seattle), been to Dodger Stadium maybe a dozen times within the past year, and love to take unconventional stadium pics:

yea, I know it says no self nomination but I've been to mostly every stadium on the east coast, many college games and probably in the hundreds if you count shea/citi/old yankee/yankee stadium. I have a great attention to detail as I am about to intern in an archaeology lab identifying bones from Mayapan. Would love the opportunity

I nominate Kehlis. He has a rich love for this game and for this community, because of this I trust that he would do all the necessary research and give it his all to be useful in such a role.

            go get em!

What is a community day group? Are you looking for one person to visit every stadium, one person to research stadiums from home or people who live near a stadium?

Edit: Never mind, looked it up and figured it out.

I nominate thaSLAB, but he's already a CD guy and is really good with Stadium research from conversations I've had with him.

I'd also nominate sydrogerdavid as well.

If I can't nominate myself, who is retired and does nothing all summer except travel with his wife and visit new ball parks. Then I would have to say Countryboy.

Knight and Slab already go. CB is the one I go to if I have a question or need to talk something out. He is the only one who plays the same way I do and he truly loves this game both real and The Show.

Re: Looking for a stadium accuracy community rep(s)

I'm not interested in becoming a community rep, nor do I know anybody who is, but I am going to the Rogers Center tonight and I'll be sitting up in the 500s behind home plate. I'd be willing to take some pictures for those who are or want to be a part of this.

That being said, where should we share are photos/resources? What rules apply for sharing resources (e.g. have to post Date/Time/Location pictures were taken)? Should we start a new thread to help those who are taking charge of stadium authenticity in the community?

Right here. In the respective AL/NL stadium feedback forums.

In general, it's always best to have pictures of what you are talking about and it's always best to take your own pictures and then edit them with arrows and stuff to help make your point. Also, to go a step farther, it can help to compare it with a screenshot of the same thing, in game, so the devs have an easier time of seeing what's wrong.

Recently, I've been making PDF documents and then posting links to the Google Doc after I've completed it. It really cuts down on the number of links for each picture and allows them to print it out. If you want examples, check out the Cardinals thread in the NL feedback forum.

The person nominated for this job NEEDS MORE EXPERIENCE than just 4 or 5 stadiums visited, and quite honestly should have the free time to visit more stadiums!

Seriously, please do not nominate yourself if you have only seen 4 or 5 stadiums. Completely and utterly useless. You can get 4k shots of all the major stadiums on Google.

We need someone with the ability to VISIT stadiums on a regular basis!!! And not just East Coast stadiums or West Coast stadiums!

I nominate Bullit, Kehlis, and Showtyme15

All 3 love the game of baseball, love the community of OS, and love the Show and want it to be the best it can be. All three understand the honor and reasons it takes to be a community day rep.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
