MyCareer Problems Need Fix Before 2k16

Not sure if this has mentioned in other threads, if it is sorry. For those of us who play MyCareer on HOF we all know what a pain in the *** it could be. Isn’t HOF supposed to make the game more realistic 2k? Obviously they don’t play their game enough to see these problems MyCareer has on HOF.

1. CPU Skill – Yes its HOF but seriously this turns some of the CPU players into mini Jordan’s. I expect the Kobe’s, Durant’s, LeBron’s, Steph’s and etc. to score their points and go to work on my team because it adds more competition to the game. But when my team is constantly getting cooked by mediocre players there’s a problem. Why is that Jordan Adams SG of the Memphis Grizzlies was able to score 50 points on my team. I mean the dude averages 3.1 for his career. Hell even the created rookies after every season are somehow better than my teammates…but wait all of my teammates suck by default which brings us to point 2.
2. Teammate Skill/I.Q.- Okay so every game, I’m basically playing 12 mini Jordan’s cool. So by default if the CPU skill is raised on HOF shouldn’t my teammates skill be raised the same way? LOL HELLL NO. The way your teammates play is really joke on HOF. I mean they miss layups, wide open shots, don’t shoot when they’re wide open and a whole bunch of other nonsense. I can recall so many times where my center will have an open layup DIRECTLY UNDER the basket and instead of dunking/layup the ball and giving me my assist, they simply won’t do it, instead they pass it. Oh and the times they do go up they wait for contact to come and miss it anyways. You know 3pt Specialist who 2k specifically gave them an icon for misses every three in a game LOL. I mean I play with LeBron freaking James and dude can’t even make layups or wide open mid range shots. But god forbid you get traded to a new team, your old teammates are the best players ever. It just makes no sense.
3. Double Team Every Play by CPU- Okay 2k I think I figured you guys out, you make our teammates *** because you want us to score all the points. (Problem with this in point 4) Okay cool I will, but the thing is I get double-teamed every play. I will score 10 points in the first few minutes of the game and literally every time I touch the ball that quarter I am double teamed, and this cycle just repeats every quarter. You score 10 then you’re doubled you score another 10 and you’re doubled. I literally can’t recall an actual basketball game where a player was doubled every single play. And when I do pass it to my wide-open teammates…well you know what happens. Was Kobe or Wilt doubled every play when they score 81 and 100? NOOOOOOOOOOO
4. The Problem with Scoring All the Points- I may be part of a few here when I say this but 2k, I do not want to score all the points. I repeat I do not want to score all the points. And the sad part is I simply have to because if I don’t score 50+ points every single night, my team simply cant compete in the league, it’s a shame. Why am I penalized for playing how a PG should actually play? I simply shouldn’t be required to score 50+ points every night to win, like a 50+ game here and there is nice but every game is not fun at all. No player except for Wilt averaged 50 PPG and it should stay that way.

Sorry for the long mini-rant just needed to get this off my chest. Been holding it in the hold year with the hopes that each patch released will address these issues but they didn’t. Hopefully 2k16 can fix some of these things or it will be another finish 1-year of MyCareer and quit until 2k17 comes out. For those who read, thanks for reading.

This was such a big problem for me. For my career, I play on all-star we which is the most balanced for both teams.

Yeah, while I like being the DeAndre Jordan of my team (minus the pathetic free throws), I still knew pulling down an average of 30 rebounds a game was NOT realistic.

Which is weird, because in PS3 2K14 MyCareer, I was averaging 14 to 15 a game, with near-max rebound attributes--still a lot, but it's something that could happen.

I wonder what went wrong.
