PS4 store NBA2k16 pre-order

Hey guys, are you able to pre-order NBA2k16 digital download from Playstation Store? If not, when will this be available? I think it should be out already.
By the way I am from Europe if this plays any part

To piggyback off this thread...anyone got any advice on where the best place is to pre-order the game so I can hopefully get it on Friday the 25th?

I was going to order on Amazon, but I have heard bad things about them getting the games to you on release date before. I could do Gamestop I guess...not sure if they will do a midnight release for just pre-order people though on the 24th-25th night.

And obviously I prefer a physical copy, but who knows, maybe I will try PS4 store/download for the first time!

I have never had any problems with Amazon delivering things late. They have even delivered a couple of games a day early.
