Practicing Shooting and getting more shots taken

I am somewhat of a newbie to soccer but really enjoying fifa 15.

I created a striker and have two challenges I am facing offline...

1. I need to practice shooting. How can I do that?
2. during games, the CPU is not taking enough shots. Sometimes ZERO shots! How can I increase the amount of shots taken by the CPU? ( I am on Semi-pro setting, slow, 8 min halves )

If you are talking ps4 or xbox one...

You can't (there is no practice mode, you can go 1v1 in the arena but this has almost no relation to any camera you play the game with)

and

You can't. (only increasing difficulty level will make the CPU take more shots but you may not like what happens to your players as you change skill level)

If you press the circle button on ps4 when your teammate has the ball he will take a shot not sure if that's what you were talking about
