Connected Franchise XP Question

Sorry if this has been asked/posted...really simple question...do XP points that allow users to build player skill, carry over to the next year? Can I accumulate points for my QB and carry them over for two years and then use them, or are they just set for one years use? Also, do these additions carry over from year to year? Like raising my QB's THP and DAC...will these changes be reflected only for that year or will I continue to build these year after year?

Yes, XP carries over from one year to the next. No reason to spend it all at the end of the year, just save it... And yes, upgraded stats remain updated from season to season. Progression is perminant, although look out for the dreadful regression of stats to older players.
